Puja has been leading the company’s learning solutions business for six years. She has overall responsibility for strategy, business development, instructional design, production and customer services. She has extensive experience in designing online and blended learning programs and managing large scale, multi-disciplinary learning solutions teams. Under her leadership, the learning solutions business has grown 600% from a small, locally-focused business to a global business serving the learning needs of highly demanding clients all over the world.
Prior to joining Knowledge Platform, Puja was the Learning Design and Delivery Manager in NIIT Asia Pacific based in Singapore. In this capacity, her role was to develop business in the region and conceptualize and manage projects across Asia. Puja also has over six years experience in NIIT’s large-scale CBT development facility based in Delhi. She began her career in NIIT as an instructional content developer in 1995, where she led the development of a number of innovative CBT solutions. Between 1997 and 2000, she trained close to 200 developers in instructional design and methodology. As Head of Instructional Design and Quality Assurance in CBTs produced during this period, she developed and refined internal training and development processes and classroom and OJT training methods.
Puja has a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Electronics from the University of Delhi, India. Puja is resident in Singapore and is a citizen of India.
