Course Objective
The Yellow Belt course focuses on providing an introduction to Six Sigma methodologies and related concepts. The course aims to create not only a basic level of awareness on Six Sigma and the DMAIC process but also the benefits that could be reaped by utilizing Six Sigma.

Target Audience
The target audience for this course is all of the employees in the organization implementing looking to or currently implementing Six Sigma. This includes not only people directly involved with the initiative, but also those who may be asked to contribute later on for projects, data, and process improvements related to the Six Sigma initiatives.
